Background

I grew up on a property in Temora NSW and I was involved in a number of sports such as touch, netball and league tag growing up. After school, I knew I wanted to work in the field of health and completed a bachelor of Nutrition Science at Wollongong University. Following this, I wanted to take a different path in the field of health and I moved to Canberra to complete a degree in Physiotherapy.

After completing my Physiotherapy degree, I moved back to Temora to work in a local private practice, gaining experience in post-operative care, musculoskeletal disorders and workplace injuries. I have completed some postgraduate training in women’s health and I am also trained in dry needling to use as a treatment option for some musculoskeletal conditions.

When I’m not at work, you will find me hanging out with friends or family, playing sport, or taking my dog for a walk.
