Our Pilates offerings:

  • Mat Pilates: Focus on core strength and flexibility using body weight exercises, light weights and resistance bands. 

  • Reformer Pilates: Utilize the Pilates reformer machine for a challenging and versatile workout in a small group class (up to 6). 

  • Clinical Pilates: Small classes (up to 4) designed by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists using Pilates equipment (cadillac, pedal chair and reformers) to address specific needs and injuries.

 Our Pilates instructors are qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists with a deep understanding of the human body. They combine their expertise with our state-of-the-art Pilates equipment to create a fun, supportive and effective exercise environment.
