Our Pilates offerings:
Mat Pilates: Focus on core strength and flexibility using body weight exercises, light weights and resistance bands.
Reformer Pilates: Utilize the Pilates reformer machine for a challenging and versatile workout in a small group class (up to 6).
Clinical Pilates: Small classes (up to 4) designed by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists using Pilates equipment (cadillac, pedal chair and reformers) to address specific needs and injuries.
Our Pilates instructors are qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists with a deep understanding of the human body. They combine their expertise with our state-of-the-art Pilates equipment to create a fun, supportive and effective exercise environment.

Terms and Conditions: 5 Reformer Pilates Classes for $25 Offer
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of the Active Health Riverina 5 Reformer Pilates Class Introductory Offer ("The Offer").
1. Eligibility and Purchase
Eligibility: The Offer is available to all new clients and existing clients of Active Health Riverina who have not previously purchased an introductory reformer Pilates pack or an equivalent offer.
Purchase Period: The Offer is available for purchase from December 12th, 2025 until January 31st, 2025.
Gift Option Available: The Offer pack can be purchased as a gift. After redemption, the classes become non-transferable and can only be used by the assigned individual.
2. Class Redemption and Validity
Redemption Window: All five (5) classes included in the Offer pack must be booked and redeemed within the calendar month of January 2026.
Expiry: Any unused classes remaining in the pack after January 31st, 2026, will automatically expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.
Redemption Limit: Only one (1) '5 x Reformer Pilates Classes for $25; pack may be redeemed per person.
Class Type: The Offer is valid only for standard Reformer Pilates classes only.
3. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations
Non-Refundable: The Offer pack is strictly non-refundable, either in part or in full, once purchased.
Non-Transferable: The classes included in the Offer pack are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing individual.
Cancellation Policy: Active Health Riverina’s standard late notice policy applies to all classes booked using this pack. Failure to attend or cancel a booked class outside of the specified late notice policy window will result in the forfeiture of one class credit from the pack.
4. General Conditions
Allied Health Focus: Clients acknowledge that Active Health Riverina is an allied health facility. Clients must notify the instructor of any new injuries or conditions prior to the class start..
Offer Amendments: Active Health Riverina reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
