Covid-19 Update

We know there is a lot of uncertainty and stress regarding Covid-19. Our priority at Active Physiotherapy is to keep you and your family (including all of our team) as safe as possible. Your health & safety has always been our highest priority.

 Our practice uses Clinell wipes. “Clinell Universal and Clinell Sporicidal are proven effective against coronaviruses in a 60 second contact time.”  

We have taken all precautions suggested by Australian Government Department of Health and will advise our patients of any changes that result in an impact to their treatment to work with you. Our team is proactively working towards ensuring our practice navigates this unknown. You can rely on the certainty that we will do whatever we can to assist you where we can. We do ask or suggest the following: 

• Please use the hand sanitising stations as you enter our practices

• Please try to limit the amount of people attending the practice if they do not have an appointment.

• Our welcome room has been set up for social distancing and we ask that you assist with this.

• We have removed toys and magazines from the waiting room (all toys used in our paediatric room are one use objects are are sterilised before reuse).

• If you would prefer to wait in your car instead of the welcome room please let us know and we can call or text you that your appointment is ready for you to go straight into your consultation room.

It is business as usual BUT we are putting in procedures to ensure that Active is here for you as we navigate this time.
