Expression of interest are being taken for new clients for Ben Frizzell and Rhiannon Hitchens who will soon be offering breathing pattern assessment and retraining following training from Australia's leading breathing retraining educator Tess Graham.

Breathing retraining offers effective, rapid and lasting relief from symptoms of many breathing-related disorders. Breathing retraining is safe, science-based and supported by up to date research. Overbreathing is characteristic in people with nasal congestion, snoring, mouth breathing, asthma, anxiety, stress, panic attacks and sleep disorders.

Breathing retraining may assist in reducing the symptoms associated with anxiety and asthma, help to eradicate snoring, improve sleep and improve athletic performance.
